Role-playing games require the participation of a gamemaster, Keeper or Dungeoun Master are some of the names they may be called, who creates a setting for the game session, portrays most of its inhabitants, known as non-player characters or NPC’s and acts as the moderator and rules arbitrator for the players. The Rules act as a framework to illustrate how certain task or feats are to be accomplished or failed, normally this is done by a Die roll of some sort.
